- Admission is open to students in the Nursery classes and in class 1{with a valid certificate Admissions are made by the school authorities, depending up to the norms of selection and the availability of seats
- Every candidate for admission must. be introduced by the parents/guardian who will be responsible for his/her conduct, progress in studies, discipline and payment of fees
- Admissions are made in January/February. Application forms and prospectus can obtained from the school , office at the time of registration
- For admission to L.K.G a child should complete 4 years
- Parents who seek admission should approach the school authorities directly and should not seek for any recommendation
- Ursuline English Medium school dose not receive any donation in connection with admission other than the prescribed fees.
- The withdrawal notice must be give in writing by the person responsible for the students and not by the student.
- A months tuition fees has to be paid those who apply for a transfer certificate after the re-opening of the school regardless of whether or not the students has attended the school
- Attendance is compulsory on the re-opening day after the vacation, the last day of the term and special days like sports day, School day and other feast days.
- A Week’s Notice in writing is required for the withdrawal of a pupil
DISMISSAL
- Irregular attendance, habitual idleness, disobedience, defiance of authority. lack of sufficient afford to improve in studies, distorted friendship, conduct against the moral tone of the school and parental non-cooperation with the staff or the school authorities are sufficient reason for dismissal of a student
- Honesty is expected of every student in all dealings and behavior. Hence acts of dishonesty in any from (e. g copying / attempt to copy in the exams/tests, lying , robbery etc) will be dealt with very seriously , including summery dismissal without any leaning.
- Pupils are responsible to conduct themselves well in and outside the school. Hence misbehavior in public places, streets and conveyances are sufficient reasons for dismissal from school
- parents are expected to respect the school authorities and to cooperate with in the matters
LEAVE OF ABSENCE
- Leave of absence is not granted except on prior written application from the parent/guardian (except in cases of unforeseen circumstances)
- Every absence must be entered briefly in the Leave Record page of the diary and signed by the parent of guardian
- For protracted absence due to illness, a medical certificate must be submitted
- A long absence of fifteen consecutive working days without leave will result in the removal of the name from the rolls
School fees
- School fees are to be paid for twelve consecutive months beginning with June. it is to be paid before the 10th of every month failing which a fine of Rs 10/- per month will be charged
- The delay in payment beyond the end of the month renders a student liable to be struck off the register without any further notice to the parent and the student will not get the benefit to attendance.
- Admission and tuition fees once paid will not be refunded.
- Students leaving the school in the course of the academic year shall do so only after due intimation of time of payment.
- If any student due to an exceptional circumstance is unable to pay the fees on due date, his/her parent shall present the matter to the principal and obtain extension of time for payment.
- No student will be allowed to sit for the terminal or final examination, unless all the dues have been paid up to date.
- The whole amount of fees can be paid in advance
